Pay Details:
For Local Candidates pay rate: $55 to $63/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $60.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,160.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $27.73
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $998.28
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,161.72

For Traveller 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $63.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,268.00
Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for a diverse patient population within the department/unit. They manage patients ranging from simple to complex cases, addressing multi-system issues in a safe, therapeutic environment. The RN utilizes knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan to tailor care specific to each patient's age-related needs. They build compassionate relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, collaborating effectively with healthcare teams to deliver optimal care. Adherence to specialty and organizational standards, policies, and protocols is essential.
Education:
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
Certification, Registration & Licensure:
- Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
Experience:
- Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in patient care, teamwork, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Apply clinical judgment to base nursing actions and decisions.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to plan and implement appropriate interventions.
- Develop, evaluate, and adjust patient care plans based on evolving needs and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and patient progress.
- Supervise and delegate nursing activities as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge management.
- Manage time and resources effectively to meet patient care demands.
- Administer medications and perform direct patient care duties.
- Lead and support the healthcare team as needed.
- Serve as a resource and preceptor for new staff.
- Fulfill specific job requirements and assigned duties.
Physical and Work Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, carry, push/pull varying weights according to job demands.
- Perform fine motor skills, hear, speak, walk, and occasionally engage in bending, reaching, sitting, squatting, standing, climbing, kneeling, and repetitive motions.
- Possess specific vision abilities (color, depth, far, near, peripheral).
- Exposure to various environmental factors including pathogens, bodily fluids, contaminants, and potential hazards.
