Position Overview
The RealPage System Administrator will provide comprehensive administration, troubleshooting, and technical support for the Company’s multiple property management software applications at both the corporate and property levels. This role involves developing strategies to address complex technical and business challenges, contributing significantly to systems analysis, development, training, and implementation. As a key member of the organization, the RealPage System Administrator will support evolving business needs and associated enhancements from inception to completion.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert:
Serve as the department’s subject matter expert, assisting staff with software-related issues for RealPage’s suite of products, including OneSite, OPS, Vendor Compliance, Utility Management, Financial & Accounting, Facilities, and Knock.
Helpdesk Management:
Allocate incoming requests to the team, prioritize actions, monitor team resources, and identify and permanently resolve recurring issues.
