Brief Overview:
Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa is looking for a dynamic, talented individual to join a fast-growing salon suite business across the Central Phoenix Metro area.
The Property Management Team is responsible for ensuring that multiple facilities in the Phoenix region have their physical structure and operating equipment maintained and repaired in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The role entails delivering on-hands maintenance services, such as repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, janitorial, general groundskeeping, light remodeling, HVAC, security, IT, and electrical systems. As our Property Management Technician, the opportunity to utilize your technical skills is endless. While ensuring that all assets of our luxury properties are displayed and operating at optimum levels, you will create an environment that will encourage member engagement and greater retention.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all maintenance work orders, suite make readies, and preventative maintenance.
- Own adoption of Rent Manager maintenance app in your properties
- Manage maintenance performance, job scope of work, and scheduling.
- Portray excellent customer service while working with members.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, painting, carpentry, sheet rock, etc.
- Monitor and replenish maintenance inventory based on property needs, while staying within budget.
- Complete on-going property site visits as needed, in addition to documenting issues to resolve immediately and areas for improvement.
- Install suite modifications, perform remodels, complete interior demolition and construction as requested by Regional Leasing Managers and Facility Managers working closely with new and existing tenants.
- Work with various vendors as needed and manage approval to outsourced work at the property.
- Problem solve IT-related issues such as door controls, wifi, sound and camera systems.
- Champion project management of site improvement capital projects
- Coordinate, be present, and assist tenant move-ins and on boarding.
- Work with local landlord contacts as necessary to resolve landlord-responsible building issues and repairs.

Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a maintenance role with a hotel, office, or multifamily community preferred
- Vocational, EPA, HVAC certifications preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Mileage reimbursement, tools, and materials will be supplied as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
