Role Overview: As an iCIMS SME/Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting our testing team by creating scenarios and writing test scripts for a new deployment of iCIMS. You will leverage your expertise in the iCIMS application to ensure thorough testing and validation of the system's functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives for the iCIMS deployment.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the iCIMS application to assist in creating testing scenarios tailored to specific project needs.
Develop comprehensive test scripts covering various aspects of iCIMS functionality, including applicant tracking, recruitment marketing, and onboarding.
Work closely with the testing team to execute test scripts, identify and report issues, and validate fixes.
Provide guidance and support to project team members on best practices for testing iCIMS.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and recommendations for enhancing iCIMS functionality and usability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an iCIMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Consultant.
In-depth knowledge of the iCIMS application, including its features, functionalities, and configuration options.
Demonstrated ability to create testing scenarios and write test scripts for iCIMS deployments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in testing activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification(s) or training in iCIMS administration or implementation.
Experience working on iCIMS deployments or implementations in similar organizations or industries.
