Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Pay Range: $85K-$90K
Shift Info: Day shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Location: Vernon, CA

Operating the first of its kind vertically integrated recycling and packaging production plant in North America, this company supplies end-users in numerous product markets. They are on a fast track to become the market leader in various recycled packaging categories such as Preforms, Cups, Deli Containers, and Roll Stock.
Job Description: The Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in driving visibility of data and developing robust supply chain metrics and planning processes. This role supports various supply chain functions including customer service, demand planning, production planning, and procurement, with opportunities to lead key continuous improvement projects and manage the end-to-end production planning for the assigned product portfolio.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Create and utilize effective tools to structure and manage databases with best practices.
- Apply advanced analytical methods to interpret quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources and systems.
- Maintain key performance indicators including forecasting accuracy, inventory (accuracy, DOH), customer service (service level, OTIF, backorder), and production (OEE, adherence, plan vs. actual).
- Lead/facilitate the end-to-end production planning process for the assigned product portfolio to align market and financial requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards to visualize supply chain metrics.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to data cleansing and validation of various master data attributes and transactional data points in collaboration with ERP tech support.
- Automate MS Excel-based reporting by using VBA, SQL, or other tools.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support the supply chain planning process and provide insights for root cause analysis and decision-making.
- Communicate outside of business hours as needed.
- Immediately report to Management any discovery of contamination in any area of the production facility that constitutes a risk to product and/or personnel safety.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, or Operations).
- 2 years of experience working in Supply Chain, IT, or Finance.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis and statistics.
- 2 years of experience with structured and unstructured data and databases, and business intelligence solutions.
- Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and/or SQL is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Previous experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred.
- A strong mindset of challenging the “status quo,” visualizing potential opportunities, and implementing actions to build value.
- High sense of urgency and adaptability to meet rapidly changing priorities and timelines.
- Excellent presentation, communication (both oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of data integrity, planning fundamentals, MPS, MRP, S&OP processes is preferred.
- Six Sigma, LEAN Green Belt, or APICS certification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
