Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and managing the day-to-day operations of the Crunchie Snacks brand. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in driving sales within larger local grocery chains and convenience stores in the Texas area. They should also be able to manage administrative tasks such as invoicing customers, following up on payments, handling sales, and logistics.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
● Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the consumer goods industry.
● Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiating terms and contracts.
● Manage the day-to-day operations of the Crunchie Snacks brand, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
● Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
● Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing customers, following up on payments, and handling sales and logistics.
Requirements:
● Established connections with Texas grocery chain stores
● Strong experience in the Consumer goods industry
● 5+ years of sales and key account management experience, preferably within the food industry
● Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
● Strong negotiation and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and google suites.
● Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required
● Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
● Knowledge of E-commerce
● Must be based in Houston, Texas.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
