The Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for effectively promoting and selling all items under the product offering of GET Supplied while providing an outstanding customer experience for the entirety of the sales process. This position will partake in implementing and directing sales activities within the U.S. to achieve all sales goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a regional sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals

Support the development of promotional ideas and material

Set individual sales targets with the Senior Sales Manager and coordinate sales action plans

Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
-
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue

Conduct market research on competitors and customer analysis

Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
-
Cultivate effective business relationships with company decision makers
-
Monitor and analyze your regions performance metrics and suggest improvements

Provide Senior Sales Manager with item demands in your region

Provide impeccable customer experience
-
Understand and develop value added propositions to prospects by utilizing GET Supplied products
-
Other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Sales Manager

Education and Experience

Two years of sales experience, preferably in the compact equipment industry
Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and pull 10lbs regularly and up to 20lbs occasionally.

Ability to work with office equipment, computers, and electronics.

Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods at a desk.

Must be able to travel by air and ground as necessary for business functions.
