Steel Point is seeking an experienced Performance Management Strategy Consultant with over 15 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing KPI strategies, particularly in support of Federal US Government clients. This role involves providing strategic insights, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
KPI Development and Implementation:
- Design and develop comprehensive integrated dashboard to track KPIs and value delivery across roadmap
- Implement and manage KPI tracking systems to ensure accurate performance measurement.
Performance Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for strategic enhancement.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
- Strategic Recommendations:
- Provide expert recommendations based on KPI analysis to senior leadership, aimed at optimizing performance and achieving strategic objectives.
- Develop and present detailed reports and dashboards that clearly communicate performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and performance requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss performance findings and strategic recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining KPI frameworks and performance measurement processes.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and advancements in KPI strategy and performance management.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in KPI strategy, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and performance management frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in data analytics, performance management, or related fields.
