Ultrasound Field Service Engineer (Bronx)
Job Description
Allow your passion for improving lives to shine in this role where you’ll be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain our Ultrasound equipment at customer sites in Bronx, NY and surrounding vicinity.
Your role:

Building, deploying and/or integrating Ultrasound imaging solutions.

Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing.

Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment

Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support.

Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.

Represents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations.
You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries. Ultrasound experience and OEM training is highly preferred.

Your skills include the ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.

You have an Associate Degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $34.30 - $58.80. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. The actual hourly pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
