- Answering and directing phone calls.

- Checking in and welcoming visitors.
- Ordering lunch for meetings.
- Handling shipping requests.
- Coordinating with the loading dock for deliveries and pickups.
- Sending invoices for approval.
- Addressing and managing building requests.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
