Role’s Mission:
To serve as Christ Chapel’s positive and upbeat first impression to both guests and staff, whether in person or on the phone; as well as provide general administrative support to Fort Worth Campus and Central Services ministries.
Christ Chapel’s Mission:
To stretch every involved person from the threshold of their spiritual pilgrimage toward becoming a fully-developing follower of Christ (Col 1:28-29).
Role’s Reporting Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Fort Worth Ministry Coordinator.
Role’s Responsibilities:

Answer phones and forward to appropriate ministries

Maintain a friendly, positive and welcoming environment for all guests and staff

Brew coffee for office staff as needed

Assist in managing workroom: inventory, supplies ordering, manage copiers/postage machine, routinely clean countertops (sanitize, declutter, etc.)

Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Enter prayer requests, run prayer request report for Staff/Deacons/Elders
-
Reconcile Divvy receipts each Monday, per the Finance policy
-
Sort mail and deliver packages to appropriate ministries
-
Order nametags for volunteers and Elder/Deacons
-
Assist Fort Worth Ministry Coordinator with various projects (i.e. Luncheons, meetings, print jobs, etc.)

Maintaining mailboxes creating name labels for incoming staff, remove outgoing staff

Manage lost and found items
-
Order paper and supplies for various ministries
-
Manage Amazon ordering for Front Office supply orders

Assist various Fort Worth ministries with tasks and special projects as needed
-
Can assist Central Services with special projects and tasks at the discretion of supervisor, or as time allows
-
Keep staff kitchenette orderly and fully stocked. Restock/Clean kitchenette at the end of each work day
Role’s Qualifications:

Must be a Christian, regular attender and in good standing at Christ Chapel Bible Church

Must be living an above reproach lifestyle as outlined in the Christ Chapel Employee Handbook
- Must be committed to and supportive of the authority of the Elders, the pastoral staff and the philosophy and direction of the church both in public and in private

Must have a pleasant, adaptable and innovative personality
