We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a full time Lead Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for validating skip traced phone numbers, guiding prospects through our call script, setting up appointments, and nurturing leads through scheduled follow-ups. You will also update our CRM system after each call. Compensation will be commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to validate phone numbers and ensure contact information.
- Engage prospects in conversation, following our call script to gather relevant information, address questions, and assess their interest.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services and qualify prospects based on predetermined criteria.
- Schedule appointments for interested prospects, coordinating with our sales team to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Nurture leads by conducting scheduled follow-up calls to maintain engagement and move them through the sales process.
- Update our CRM system with detailed notes and outcomes from each call, maintaining data integrity and completeness.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve appointment and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, with a track record of setting up appointments and nurturing leads.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to update lead information and track call outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls.
