Job Description:*
We are seeking a proactive and motivated IT Support Specialist with a strong drive to learn and excel within our company’s structure. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of proficiency in Keap (Infusionsoft) automation processes, demonstrate expertise in the Google tracking suite (GA, GTM, GAW), and have familiarity with mass email software platforms, particularly Maropost. This role requires technical acumen in APIs, webhooks, and basic networking skills, with the ability to support remote live events as needed. This is a full-time position.

Requirements:*
- Strong proficiency in Keap (Infusionsoft) automation processes, with the ability to pass test scenarios related to email sequencing and tag application tracing.
- Expertise in the Google tracking suite (GA, GTM, GAW) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting for marketing activities.
- Familiarity with mass email software platforms, with preference for experience in Maropost.
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks to support integration efforts.
- Networking skills, including experience with Ubiquity and VLAN configurations, are a plus.
- Willingness and availability to support remote live events outside standard working hours.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Keap (Infusionsoft) and Memberium-based Wordpress site for our membership portal.
- Automation Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Keap, Memberium-based Wordpress site and Maropost automation processes.
- Remote Network Management: Maintain and optimize the Ubiquity Dream Machine-based network across multiple VLANs and SSIDs.
- Telephone Support: Provide support for the Vonage Business phone system to ensure seamless communication operations.
- Data Auditing and Cleansing: Conduct regular audits and cleansing tasks to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Handle employee test purchases including refunds, subscription disablings, and disabling of DA (Digital Access).
- General Tech Support: Provide assistance with passwords, link troubleshooting, and assigning Opportunities as needed.
Working Hours: Standard schedule is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, with flexibility to support occasional remote live events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00 per year
