Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Basic accounting, bookkeeping, General Ledger entries
- Manage sales order entry and tracking process
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Payroll administration
- Human Resources responsibilities
Skills:
- Proficient in manufacturing office management practices
- Conscientiousness and a strong work ethic
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Understanding of MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
