As a Marketing Assistant for KM BUILDERS, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team's initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for a detail-oriented and energetic individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to the success of a growing company. All the while, you'll have the opportunity to work in a friendly and positive work environment where your coworkers will feel like family.

- Has an active presence on social media, Instagram and Pinterest are preferred.

- Has a passion and deep appreciation for architecture and interior design.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and monitor marketing campaigns.
- Research and create monthly blogs for company website.
- Assist in the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email, and website.
- Support the coordination of events, photoshoots, and promotional activities.
- Assist in the management of social media accounts and engage with our online community.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
- Visit job sites to gather video content as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly encouraged but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of graphic design tools. Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Coachable.
- Detail-Oriented.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Display efficient time management skills
