Cement Colors Decorative Concrete Supply is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Fort Worth location! Cement Colors is a light-local manufacturing and supply store focusing on everything in, on, and around decorative concrete.

This role will be the initial point of contact for many of our customers. Because a key part of our business is the production of decorative concrete products in house, this position will be responsible for communicating with the production team to ensure orders are filled and ready for pick up or shipping.
$14-18 /hr depending on experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet incoming visitors.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Operate as a facilitator for customers in finding what they need.
- Assist the sales team and customers by following the sales order process.
- Conduct accurate and efficient data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.
- Distribute those orders to the production team to either pick or produce.
- Invoice customers, collect payments.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure manufactured orders are finished on time and meet customer needs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse staff to pick, package orders and supply weights and dimensions.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve challenging situations and provide prompt resolutions.
- Perform all other duties as necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
