Western Ag is in search of a Bilingual Office Administrator to serve as administrative support for sales and operations. Collects, comprehends, analyzes and inputs data for employee payroll and customer billing. Addresses and resolves concerns, questions and issues to support operations.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Willing to work extensive hours during peak season as the job and deliverable demand.
- Collects, comprehends and processes data for payroll, billing and other book keeping or accounting tasks.
- Maintains customer and employee files and databases.
- Processes order shipment and customer follow-through.
- Serves as the go-to person for local front office and administration & operation for region assigned.
- Provides customer service and goes above and beyond to resolve customer or employee inquiry issue or escalates as needed.
- Implements corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
- Aides in employee recruitment and hiring processes, such as I9, drug testing, employee onboarding etc.
- Develops and maintains a well-coordinated internal/external relationship with key decision makers within the organization and with customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some College and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Possesses excellent analytical & problem-solving skills relating to real world applications.
- Accurate and efficient in data interpretation and entry with utmost attention to detail.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities to meet changing deadlines.
- Can work independently and works well in a team and with others.
- Charismatic, energetic, enthusiastic and happy go lucky personality.
- Hardworking and must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
- Can be easily trained.
