Neurofeedback Office Administrator and Technician: AllNeuro Pathways
AllNeuro Pathways is a neurofeedback company that is currently seeking a highly-motivated individual to fill the role of Office Administrator and Technician. Neurofeedback is a type of biofeedback that focuses on regulating the electrical activity of one’s brain. This is an opportunity where you will use your clinical skills in conjunction with neurofeedback training.
AllNeuro Pathways provides qEEG evaluations and neurofeedback training for clients with PTSD, C-PTSD, and developmental trauma. It’s vital that clinicians express authenticity, compassion, patience, and unconditional positive regard for our clients in order to provide the best quality of care. This position requires someone who is passionate about working with clients who have experienced trauma and is detail-oriented, organized, confident, motivated, a fast learner, and can regulate themselves in the face of stress and challenges.
A Director will be responsible for all client care and treatment plans. This includes conducting qEEG recording sessions, consulting with qEEG experts on client results and treatment plans, co-facilitating qEEG review sessions with practice owner on qEEG results, overseeing all client care, managing and training technicians, client and technician scheduling, conducting referral consultations, and more. Training will be dependent on the candidate's prior experience.
To perform this role successfully you should possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in mental health or related field
- Experience in neurofeedback is very highly preferred
- Experience in management very highly preferred
- Ability to learn scientific terminology and processes quickly and efficiently
- Ability to communicate neurofeedback processes effectively and with confidence
- Ability to interact with ease and compassion with clients experiencing high levels of trauma
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- A desire to grow within this emerging field
Job duties for this role include:
- Oversee techs and monitor shifts, rearrange if needed, verify hours, address time off requests
- First contact for referrals (answer general questions and/or schedule consultation with Clinical Care Coordinator)
- Marketing/networking
- Website upkeep (updating information, coordinating blog post schedule and posting them, etc.)
- Run social media (create posts, delegate tasks to other techs, generate ideas, etc.)
- Run client billing every weekend
- Update, maintain, and create policies & procedures
- Update/maintain employee contracts
- Conduct/lead employee reviews with Clinical Care Coordinator
- Client scheduling
- Complete and provide insurance reimbursement forms to clients upon request
- Communicate with clients pertaining to any billing or office policy related questions
- Attend company business meetings and meetings with business coach
- Order supplies

Please note, this position requires a four week training program (pending experience). Once you have successfully completed the training period, compensation increases to $23.00 - $35.00. Rate will be determined when hired and based on prior experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Due to the extensive training program and knowledge gained, a one year employment contract is required.
This is a part time, in-person position with a guaranteed 25 hours per week. Current schedule needs are Monday-Friday with flexible hours. Dual employment with Elliant Counseling Services is an available option.
