The Dispatcher acts as the liaison between our company and its current clients. The right candidate will be flexible, dependable, positive and hard-working to cover shifts as needed. Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and provide support to questions and concerns
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify client needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Customer Service/Dispatching
- Utilize technology, software, and tools appropriately
- Able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements (Knowledge and Skills):
Knowledge:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer support, office, clerical role, preferred
- Strong sense of customer focus and being able to adapt to different personality types
Skills:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Strong active listening skills
- A polite, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor
