We are seeking an experienced Part Time/Contract - Licensed Primary Therapist to join our clinical team at our Cherry Hill, NJ location.

What you'll do:
- Group program duties
- Group Therapy session coordinating
- Document and communicate all pertinent information/issues to the clinical treatment team/coordinator.
What you'll need:
- Minimum of graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or health-related field.
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years experience with chemical dependency and/or co-occurring clients in an Addiction Treatment Center (OP, IOP, and/or PHP)Minimum of 1 to 3 years progressive experience in behavioral healthcare addiction treatment field.
- Licensure - preferred licensure of LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of NJ.

- Create a climate of safety and trust
- Create opportunities for clients to benefit from the diversity of individual, group and family therapy
- Knowledge of a variety of individual, group and family therapy techniques and dynamics
- Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills
- Develop rapport with individual clients, group members and client’s significant others/family members
- Able to observe and provide feedback to group members, individual client’s and client’s significant other/family members
- Recognize and manage conflict and its role within group learning, individual therapy and family therapy
