YOUR LIFE AS AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
This full-time customer service position typically works Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.
As an Office Administrator, you oversee and direct office staff and technicians to make sure daily operations are consistent and efficient. As a customer service superstar, you communicate with clients over the phone and respond to website inquiries and emails. When needed, you handle escalations and find resolutions. Running logistics for our service teams, you are comfortable scheduling appointments for our clients' home services and routing technicians. You also order materials to ensure our teams have everything they need for a successful workday.
Once jobs have been completed you process billing requests. Using your solid interpersonal and communication skills, you are confident handling any HR tasks that come your way. You also process payroll. To promote our company you upsell campaigns and market our home services through social media. Each day you have a feeling of success and fulfillment having efficiently completed all your duties!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

5+ years of office experience in a home services provider company
