Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and admissions for new patients.
- Verify insurance coverage and complete necessary paperwork.
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars.
- Perform clerical tasks and manage patient charts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to guide patients through the admissions process.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with computer programs to verify insurance, fill out digital forms, and maintain patient records.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple patients and appointments.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Skills: Ability to connect with patients and help them make informed decisions.
- Bilingual: Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
