Job Summary:
Join The Cat Care Center as a Veterinary Receptionist where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have previous veterinary reception experience, a passion for animal care and possess excellent communication skills to assist clients and coordinate appointments effectively. Veterinary Experience REQUIRED.
Duties:
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Proficiency in veterinary terminology and animal care practices
- Experience in Ezyvet preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with kennel operations and animal handling best practices
- Prior experience in a veterinary setting is REQUIRED
