This position reports directly to the telemedicine supervisor and Director of Remote Care and has primary responsibility for the daily operation of the telemedicine services. Serve as a point-of-contact for telemedicine services at SynergenX. Responsible for the operation of clinical services offered in SynergenX locations requiring telemedicine follow-up or involvement. Assist in coordinating clinical activities/ patient care with participating providers. Answer patient questions appropriately and within the realm of knowledge/ expertise, and expediently and appropriately relay the information to the proper providers. Provide follow-through to ensure that all issues/ questions are resolved. Act as a liaison between the patients, telemedicine providers, clinic-based providers, or other staff members or departments that might be involved and needed. Will have the patient charts that are assigned to them prepared the day prior to being seen (business days).

Support supervisors with general telemedicine-related tasks

Complete any assigned paperwork/ scans/ faxing

Reach out to corresponding providers, clinics, or lab if needed information is not available for charting
- Open, read, address, and/or distribute incoming Emails or Ring Central texts
- Reply to email, telephone or Ring Central enquiries

Schedule or reschedule patient with appropriate clinic
- Check email every 10-15 minutes

Respond within 30 minutes

Company policy is to have very little to no over time (>40 hours), but there are exceptions

Receive approval from the supervisor
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing goals as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma or GED is required, experience with transcribing or billing/coding preferred.
Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment. Strong customer-service orientation.
Position is Full time set hours of Monday - Friday 8am-5pm FULLY REMOTE
Position requires you to have reliable internet and computer skills, completely remote, equipment will be provided.
