The Old Brick Store is a 170-year-old institution in beautiful Charlotte, with a long history of being the town’s general store and community hub. Under new ownership, the next chapter has carried on in that tradition and modernized its offerings as a cafe and shop with a top notch coffee program, natural wines, a small seasonal menu of house-made prepared foods, baked goods, and made-to-order breakfast and lunch items. We also carry a curated selection of quality staples and specialty ingredients, artisan made gifts, design objects, and printed matter, often focusing on local makers and purveyors.
More than just a store, we built the new Old Brick to be a warm, inclusive, and convivial third place, fostering strong bonds within our community, the beautiful farmland we call home, and thoughtful intention about the things we bring into our lives.
