Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Preconstruction Manager to join our team. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning and preparation phases of construction projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are set up for success from the initial stages.
Responsibilities:
- Review <Schematics> and <Blueprints> to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Utilize <Construction Management Software> to organize and track project details effectively.
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure <Construction Management> processes are followed efficiently.
- Utilize tools such as <Bluebeam>, <ProCore>, and <Primavera> for project documentation and scheduling.
- Demonstrate exceptional <Time Management> skills to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate project estimations using <Prolog>.
- Provide support in developing accurate cost estimates during the preconstruction phase.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to identify potential challenges and propose solutions.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably with 5+ years in preconstruction roles.
- Proficiency in <Schematics>, <Blueprint Reading>, and various construction management software tools.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as <Bluebeam>, <ProCore>, and <Primavera>.
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools.
- Strong understanding of preconstruction processes and methodologies.

Position Information:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary with benefits. The work schedule will entail 40 hours per week, including occasional evenings and weekends. The Preconstruction Manager will report directly to the senior management team.
