Responsibilities
- May carry a client caseload and completes BCBA responsibilities (see BCBA job description)
- Performs management duties for physical clinic space(s)
- Assists Clinical Director with supervisory duties to BCBAs including performance monitoring and disciplinary actions
- Manages BCBA quality assurance checks
- Manages employee PTO/UTO and all scheduling
- Completes initial evaluations for new clients; completes indirect and/or direct functional assessments, developmental, and curriculum -based assessments to new clients.
- Writes initial treatment plans for new clients
- Manages ongoing client service authorizations
- Reviews and submits client progress reports
- Oversees client utilization of authorized hours
- Oversees BCBA graduate/supervisee training
- Manages hiring process including interviews, onboarding, training
- Manage ongoing staff and program development.
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and standards which ensures safe and therapeutically effective services to client/family
- Completes other tasks as needed/assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of BCBA experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst
- Strong mentoring, coaching and support skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic which meets scheduling commitments
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Training expert
- Experience in supervising and training treatment teams (hold certification as a BACB Approved Supervisor)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Healthcare Provider Level CPR certification
- Must pass background screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
