About the Job:
Searching for a Food Service Director at a large, production kitchen with a strong background in Hotel, Healthcare or Corrections food service. We offer PTO and 401K. Location is an easy commute from Southwestern Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio border, and the panhandle of West Virginia.
Duties may include:

Supervision of food and meal preparation.

Ordering and managing inventory.

Follow HACCP and Health Department guidelines.

Staff management.
Qualifications:

Culinary or Food Service Experience preferably in the Hotel, Healthcare or Corrections industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Computer Proficiency

Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

Valid Drivers License
