Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce visually engaging and clearly written content for product launches, events, email campaigns, and social media initiatives, simplifying intricate information for easy comprehension.
2. Coordinate outreach team's events calendar including acting as a liaison with event organizers and preparing materials. Research and propose additional events for the teams to attend.
3. Draft and post social media content for various corporate announcements.
4. Contribute to performance-driven social media campaigns aimed at specific client groups.
5. Assist in analyzing user engagement and reporting web traffic.
6. Interview partners on product use case and create written form content
7. Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with senior management and marketing team
8. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple time-sensitive requests
Required Qualifications:
1. 2+ Years of brand/account marketing or equivalent experience, preferably in the AEC industry
2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
4. Team player with a strong sense of proactivity and eagerness to learn and grow Marketing Coordinator
5. Ability to establish dynamic relationships and effectively interface with core internal and external partners
6. Maintains a professional demeanor and a steward of the brand
Ability and willingness to work in office and travel as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
