Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in GA
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the relevant specialty area (e.g., Family, Adult, Geriatric)
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team
