Bilingual fluency in Spanish is Required
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone, to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with product selection
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any billing or shipping discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in products or services
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with retail sales or outside sales is beneficial
- Experience in telemarketing or call center environments is a bonus
