We're seeking an onsite Training Coordinator in Charlotte, NC, available Monday-Thursday for a 30-day assignment with a potential extension. As a Training Coordinator, you'll support the team as we guide clients through transformational change, allowing you to experience the joys of making an impact.

As a Training Coordinator, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage client communications, documents, and data.
- Juggles multiple client requests and tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email and phone to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate client projects from initiation to completion, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of Client Information by adhering to privacy regulations and company policies.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliverables while maintaining a high-quality standard.
- Collaborating with staff/clients to establish project timelines, milestones, and expectations and ensuring alignment with internal processes and resources.
- Support the staff with client-related tasks, providing administrative support and liaising between clients as assigned.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred, or some college with 3 years working in a similar capacity is required. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Advanced technology skills in Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision once objectives and tasks have been determined.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Adaptable to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
The rate for this 30-day assignment is $3,500 (32-hour work week, M-TH).
