Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Rep/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in outside sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate sales projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track project progress and maintain customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
- Support technical sales efforts by understanding product specifications and capabilities
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, and project management
- Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales growth
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of technical sales processes is a plus
