Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking processes.
- Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics and vendor management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and troubleshoot issues when needed.
Skills:
- Proficient in office management software and phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
