In this role, you'll be responsible to increase inbound sales calls from 10/week to 20/week by Jan 1st, 2025. Specifically, you’ll do the following:
1. Build a follow up process to interact with prospects within 5 minutes of receiving the lead (within business hours) and track prospects.
2. Build a visual marketing funnel and customer journey map to visually see and track all marketing efforts and share it with the DBA team.
3. Manage marketing vendor relationships to track deliverables and effectiveness.

You'll work with our CRM system (Keap) to manage the website (Wordpress) and ensure that all of our potential lead magnets are driving towards the ultimate goal of a scheduled inbound sales call with the company owner, Brian Hanks.
You’ll do all this working a typical per week typically during normal business hours, but always on a schedule that you directly influence and set.
You'll have the opportunity to be the voice and face of all marketing efforts at a small business with 7 employees with all the resources you could want to achieve breakthrough results.

Total annual compensation will land between $67,000-97,000/year. Pay is salaried at $67,000/year with bonus potential of $30,000 to bring your total year-end compensation to a potential of $97,000/year. Bonuses to be paid monthly. This is a small business, so benefits offered will be limited but not non-existent. You'll have a fully matched 401k, unlimited vacation days and other perks.
Ideal candidates will include someone who has managed marketing for a small business in the past AND has experience working in a dental office is some capacity - either as a dentist or support staff.

Hiring Requirements
- 2+ years managing Keap CRM system at another company
- 2+ web design & updating experience on WordPress at another company
- Direct experience in a dental office as an employee
- Influence skills in the top 10% of all people
- Superior project management and organizational skills
- No specialized degrees necessary to apply for this position
- *Bonus* Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate first-hand experience with dental transitions in some capacity
