JOB TITLE: Agency Relationship Manager
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the profitable growth of independent agencies accessing our MGA. You’ll recruit new agents to profitably grow the business, promote new carrier appointments, and manage the relationships involved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for growing premium through the General Agency channel by promoting carriers and developing and maintaining relationships with independent agents.
- Appoint new agencies and increase appropriate carrier appointments within existing agencies.
- Utilize CRM to document interactions.
- Work closely with manager to review results, identify trends and discuss strategy, tactics, sales related issues, travel plans and follow up.
- Participate in meetings, webinars and seminars provided by Carriers and the General Agency.
- Where appropriate, present TWFG’s value proposition to recruit new agents to profitably grow the business and achieve annual recruiting goal.
- Stay current on carriers, industry, products, pricing, updates and changes. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent field marketing experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of Personal and Commercial P&C experience required.
- Experience in training and developing agency staff.
- Working knowledge of agency operations.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
