Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Assist with administrative tasks including, but not limited to data entry, maintaining office supplies, etc.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Coordinate with staff for various office needs.
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented approach.
