JOB OUTLINE
POSITION TITLE: CIPP Field Superintendent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Focus on supervising a division lining crew within the Central Florida market to network and service all of Florida.
2. Over the next year, continue to develop ILS capabilities in the Lining division assistance will be provided in guiding and growing from the ground up.
3. Handle all aspects of supervising and maintaining a professional crew and
division for APS from equipment maintenance, safety procedures, work ethic, etc.
4. Weekly and monthly progress meetings will be conducted for production and
financial management accountability and progress.
5. Full support will be provided by APS to the employee from equipment needs, staffing, technical decisions, etc.
6. Continue to grow and expand the APS Team while keeping the standards set forth.
7. Starting off APS would expect employee to obtain general practices and procedures that are currently applied in the field and in the office as we get the foundation set for the CIPP Lining division.
8. Initial job duties would include assisting with overseeing a current CIPP Lining crew to mentor and develop a strong team by being hands on and sharing the knowledge that the employee brings.
9. Employee would be expected to provide ideas and solutions to on site practices and equipment usage.
10. Employee would be expected to execute all field related decisions pertaining to
CIPP lining and pipe cleaning not only day to day but case by case as well.
11. Collaborate with the estimating team on production rates and methods for projects being bid to better understand job performance.
12. Customer follow ups and maintaining a constant line of communication with customer’s satisfaction of APS’s services provided.
13. Perform an evaluation of job performance and budget to look for continued efficiencies and to assist with bidding.
14. Work with Senior Management for annual budget and goals as it relates to
the CIPP division.
15. Bring in any and all new ideas for growth opportunities, including but not limited to CIPP, manhole lining, etc.

6. All interactions with customers, owners, engineers, etc., whether it is in person or a telephone call, will be conducted with respect and in a professional manner.
7. Allan Cagle and Butch Lanaville will be notified of any issues that cannot be resolved, or deadlines that cannot be met within a reasonable time frame, and before the deadline has arrived.
8. All proprietary company information will be held as strictly confidential outside the company.
9. Perform all administrative requirements per process.
10. General maintenance of company owned assigned tools or equipment.
Comply with all processes and procedures outlined in the company Handbook and/or
Safety Manual.
Compensation Outline:
- TBD annual salary base.
- Company vehicle provided within 9 months.
- Participation in company bonus program.
- Fuel Card and EPASS provided.
- $50 per month phone allowance.
- Company pays 100% of employee-only Open Access HMO Health Insurance through United Health Care. Benefits eligibility starts on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. (Benefit Guide available upon email request to AskHR@atlanticpipe.us)
