The Human Resource Manager with Frontline Dental will serve as the leader of daily HR operations for premier dental implant facilities throughout the U.S.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR peer and Operations on Process Building and Streamlining of Disparate Processes

Collaborate to build out and implement PTO processes for the organization

Collaborate to build out and implement a Performance Review Process

Collaborate to build out and implement Talent Management forms and SOPs
-
Collaborate in other initiatives as needs arise
-
Manage the full life cycle of the employee

Onboarding process including but not limited to conducting background checks and eligibility verifications
-
Process new hire paperwork
-
Verify I-9 process and ensure being carried out correctly

Ensure all employees are processed timely (hire or term) in all benefit systems

Employee Relations/Performance Management

Fully investigates employment-related inquiries or complaints from employees, and supervisors, working with managers to find appropriate solutions

Attends and participates in disciplinary meetings and terminations as necessary.
- Serve as the support for all HR related inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and HRIS.

Maintains HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices

Payroll

Assist in the bi-weekly and semi-monthly processing of payroll

Serves as a backup to end-to-end payroll processing
- Leave Management

Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including FMLA, ADA, sick leave and Paid Time Off

Benefit Management
-
Work with the broker to manage various benefit plans for all employees

Present enrollment plans, renewals and changes to upper management
-
Ensure all plans are built in the HRIS system

Manage the open enrollment and communicate all changes each year.
Education and Experience:
-
1-3 years experience supporting human resource operations for companies based in California or New York is a plus

4-6 years experience supporting human resource operations
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience required
