This position will be based out of the Somerville location, but will travel to other locations on an as needed, continuous basis.
This position will assist the operations department; major duties include:

Receive and pay out money, and maintain accurate records of all transactions

Cash checks with assigned limits

Accept deposits, withdrawals, and verify signatures

Promote the company’s services, answer customer questions, and direct customers to appropriate departments

Maintain current working knowledge of CSB handbook, policies and procedures

Perform branch clerical duties
-
Other duties as required

High school diploma or GED required
-
Minimum 1 year of cash handling/customer service experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Type 25 WPM and proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment

Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers

Able to move up to 50 pounds and to sit or stand for long periods of time

Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity
-
Able to maintain a consistent attendance record in a flexible Monday through Friday schedule

Bilingual preferred
