Summary:
The IT Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and support of IT hardware, software systems and infrastructure to ensure availability and peak efficiency. This position also performs research, evaluation, and updating of infrastructure and systems hardware, software, and security systems to drive innovation and ensure the computer systems and network performance meet user, company, and partner satisfaction expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Manage and support the network infrastructure.
- Manage and support the server infrastructure including OS, software, file mail and client services.
- Manage and support Office 365 and Sharepoint Online
- Perform setup and administration of network and computer-based security provisions, policies, ongoing monitoring and maintenance for anti-virus, firewall, and network security.
- Perform setup and administration of individual access accounts.
- Manage, implement, and support the computer workstations.
- Keep accurate and up to date documentation on all software licenses, warrantees, infrastructure inventory and workstation inventory.
- Analyze system data to resolve issues and create processes, procedures, and policies.
- Respond to IT SLAs on a 24/7 basis.
- Other duties as required by management
Qualifications:(These examples do not include all of the duties that the employee may be expected to perform.) To perform this job successfully an individual must:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience
- Able to read, write, and speak English.
- 3+ years Information Technology experience
- 3+ years Desktop management and support
- 2+ years network troubleshooting experience with Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls
- 2+ years of Server infrastructure experience with Microsoft servers
- 2+ years Microsoft Active Directory experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Sharepoint experience
- Strong understanding of Cisco IOS Gateways and IP Phones and understanding of data networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Software licenses management and copyright laws
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Working Conditions:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,220.73 - $70,000.00 per year
