The call center is responsible for representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times by assisting current customers to resolve issues and by selling new accounts to prospective customers.
- Answer incoming calls from business and residential customers.
- Enter basic orders into computer system.
- Assist customers with problem resolution including accurate input of information.
- Interact directly with Route Services Managers/Supervisors to resolve issues.
- Interact with Accounts Receivable to resolve concerns and issues.
- Present sales information to potential customers professionally and completely.
- Follow up on potential customers and close sales.
- Accurately enter customer setup information in computer system.
- Maintain professional working environment.
- Display self-discipline and self-confidence.
- Show respect for our customers and fellow employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
