Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant

Ideal candidate is/has:
*able to answer heavy phones and interact with patients professionally
*able to schedule new patients efficiently on the phone
*able to accurately check-in and check-out patients using our EHR computer system
*tech savvy with the ability to manage multiple computer platforms
*the capacity to promptly respond to patient’s requests in person and on the phone
*self-aware and can walk through the facility to ensure everything is in working order
*knowledge and understanding of patient scheduling to optimize providers' schedules
*able to balance cash and credit card payments at the end of every shift
*able to complete accurate daily shift reports
*attention to detail to ensure accurate patient records
*able to be cross-trained in other areas of the business
*understanding of HIPPA compliance and patient confidentiality
*looking for a LONG TERM position
*able to maintain a high degree of enthusiasm and confidence
*able to operate well in a very fast-paced environment
*willing to learn and implement new skills quickly
*friendly, happy, and trustworthy
*coachable, adaptable, and organized
*able to be on their feet all day
*reliable, rarely absent or late

This position is 32-35 hours per week.
Monday through Thursday, 8:15a.m to 6:15p.m. Hours are not flexible.
Three-day weekends every week. No nights, no holidays, and no weekends.
Associates degree or higher education preferred.
