Receptionist / Data Clerk Job Description
Opening for a full time Receptionist/ Data Entry Clerk to perform a range of general clerical and office support functions, answering phone, greeting customers, entering scheduling information into our database. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a good typist with a keen eye for detail.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
General Data Entry functions
- Entering customers into our database
- Printing and Scanning
- Some Filing
- Erands when needed
· Answering phones
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate persons or service
- Scheduling customers for appointments
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 + years’ experience in clerical and data entry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
