Leadership:

Partner with School Operations officer to support and maintain school server, network, systems, hardware and software including technology inventory and security

Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing front office team. Motivate and inspire action, commitment, and initiative while managing continual change and improvement.
Operational Excellence:
-
Ensure the proper management of all school facilities and vendors
-
Recruit and hire a pipeline of guest teachers. Conduct guest teacher onboarding and training.

Organize and manage the operations staff and volunteers to ensure that the front office is a welcoming place for all staff, students, families, and visitors.

Partner with School Operations Officer to manage technology vendors who are responsible for technology needs across campus, including equipment, software, web-based programs, and testing platforms.

Plan, coordinate and support school events led by the Operations team

Partner with Operations Assistant and School Operations Officer to assist with Data & reporting to maintain e-funds for students and parents

Manage projects and implement systems, tools, and processes to continually improve the school operations

Partner with School Leadership team and Compliance Manager to execute quarterly rollout of students reports
-
Manage and Monitor operations platforms (Parent Square, Car-rider Pro, MBA reporting, Identimetrics and Kickboard
-
Executes software and web based systems for the school including student accessibility, web based testing (LEAP, Aimsweb, and NWEA) set up, integration into the classroom and tech tools.
Admissions & Enrollment

Ensure accurate management and monitoring of SIS data (PowerSchool)
-
Oversee the execution of student and staff data in the SIS (PowerSchool)

Support the School Operations Officer in the execution of Master Schedules
Compliance & Risk Management

Partner and Coordinate annual compliance visits with LDOE
-
Partner with the Compliance Manager to assist with data and reporting (Enrollment and IEP count Oct and Feb 1,PEP report, low income report)
-
Manage and monitor the execution of Leap Testing Operations for grades
Communications and Marketing:
-
Supervising Social Media platforms; posting all school content
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
