Purpose of Position
The candidate will be responsible for optimizing business processes and increasing revenue. They will evaluate operations and finances, research sales leads, and develop improved business strategies and are also required to report to senior business development managers. They will analyze opportunities and strategies to identify new opportunities and cost reductions to increase sales revenue. They will report findings and add value to product offerings to increase sales.
Business Development Responsibilities
· Lead business development and customer acquisition strategy execution.
· Provide inside sales support across Telecom, Renewable Energy, and Power Divisions.
· Manage the strategic planning calendar including the scheduling of all executive-level meetings.
· Prepare and edit internal presentations to support critical decision-making by senior management.
· Support proposal managers by sharing research and intel to develop solutions.
· Coordinate and participate in strategy meetings with sales.
· Monitor and analyze competitor data to recognize and articulate important events and trends.
Corporate Development Responsibilities
· Develop and manage the maintenance of departmental databases and periodic reporting.
· Prepare all materials in support of the enterprise planning process.
· Develop, maintain, and monitor basic project plans and deliverables.
· Execute financial modeling and valuation of acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships.
· Liaison for various business units as determined by the manager for specific projects.
· Prepare presentations for stakeholders to support critical decision-making by executive-level management.
· Liaison with multiple business divisions as required for specific projects to maintain accountability and follow-through.
· Assist with the integration of new business practices throughout the organization alongside key personnel.
Knowledge – skills – abilities
· Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, information systems or business administration, or equivalent experience.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to collaborate and problem-solve.
· Strong critical thinking and leadership skills.
· Strong communication skills.
· Strong work ethic and punctual attention to detail.
· Prior experience working in consulting, commercial banking, investment banking, and/or professional services.
· Experience with customer relationship management software.
· Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
