City Lights is seeking a responsible, efficient and full time Receptionist who is willing to work as a team player and provide great customer service for a Lighting Showroom in San Francisco with opportunities to grow within the company
Job Description:
-Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Some Saturdays 10am-4pm
-Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate destinations
-Schedule appointments for sales staff
-Help with purchasing, price changes and various other admin responsibilities
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to interact with customers and fellow co-workers in a professional manner
- Receptionist experience a plus, but not required
