Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and submitting service tickets promptly
- Perform general clerical duties to support daily office operations
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, documents, and records for easy retrieval and reference
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Monitor and schedule freight pickups and deliveries
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Processing customer payments
- Filing
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Office, Teams)
- Strong organizational skills
- 2-3 years of Administrative Clerk experience
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Bookkeeping knowledge would be beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
