Local Field Marketing Managers are aligned to a specific Region, Market or Area and are functional experts in various marketing disciplines.
Role & Responsibilities:
The Field Marketing Manager will work directly with the VP of Marketing, Operations and Restaurant Leaders to develop local strategies, tactics and plans that help the Restaurants and brand achieve its’ goals.
Restaurant Marketing is the implementation of the Angry Chickz brand and Marketing Strategy. At Angry Chickz, Marketing is executed through localized Grass-Roots or Neighborhood Marketing, Media & Public Relations, Sponsorships (paid partnerships with “for profit” organizations) and Active Community Involvement initiatives (paid & non-pad partnerships with “non-profit” organizations).
The Field Marketing Manager (LSM) will lead the development and execution of Restaurant & DMA level marketing plans that are aligned to brand standards and designed to achieve Business goals. In addition to consistently driving Customer traffic, goals will include establishing a strong brand with clear market positioning to increase brand loyalty and sales. The LSM will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies, tactics & programs and provide feedback, and collaborate with the Support Center Marketing teams to influence the evolution of programs, systems & processes.
Primary Responsibility – Support Restaurants to drive sales
- Collaborates with District Managers to evaluate the marketing readiness of each Restaurant and to establish and support Restaurant Operators
- Train the Restaurant Leaders and provide ongoing training of new marketing initiatives and existing programs
- Responsible for enforcing Angry Chickz brand standards and Restaurant Marketing philosophies
- The LSM is responsible for developing and executing business marketing plans to drive traffic, increase sales, and build brand awareness within the trade area.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community groups, schools, businesses, and organizations to create partnership opportunities.
- Organize and participate in local events, sponsorships, and community activities.
- Use ROI methodologies to measure the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommend adjustments based on insights to remain competitive.
Secondary Responsibility – Support Function
- Participate in ongoing training of new and existing marketing programs and philosophies
- Identify support needs for the Restaurants and to inform the Support Center of needed projects, priorities and resources

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required (Marketing & Communications degree preferred) or relative experience in a field marketing role
- 3-5 years of Marketing experience required
- Field Marketing experience in a multi-unit restaurant /retail environment (“trade area based” marketing planning & execution)
- Knowledge and experience working with media and sponsorships including establishing new & maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts, implementing assets and assessing impact
- Possess a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
