The salary range for this role is:
$64,718.69 - $106,763.83
Responsibilities:
Must be flexible to work either 1st shift (6am-2pm) or 2nd shift (2pm-10pm).
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for labeling, storage, and inventory under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to optimize costs to achieve planned fixed and variable cost targets, ensure compliance with Del Monte Policies and Procedures which include Good Manufacturing Practices, Employee Safety, Quality, and Food Safety Systems.

Supervise employees to achieve labeling and storage targets

Assist in coordinating maintenance activities for warehouse equipment.

Maintain effective employee relations to improve motivation and productivity through the use of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing concepts. Maximize the use of personnel.

Utilize GMP, Safety, and Environmental programs to ensure that Del Monte, State and Federal requirements are achieved.

Ensure labeling production utilizes proper materials and packaging specs per bill of materials.

Participate in the annual physical finished goods inventory.

Ensure product safety through development, review, and enforcement of company policy.

Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and corporate food safety regulatory standards.

Review and enforce company quality standards provided by facility, regional and corporate quality authorities.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
Technical Degree in Distribution, Logistics, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, & Transportation is preferred.

3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience preferred

Previous supervisory experience required

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

SAP experience preferred.

Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science degrees preferred. Other degrees will be considered.

Previous experience in a food-processing or manufacturing environment is a plus.
